Swimming Pool Construction Specifications:
Shallow end depth: 3’ Deep end depth: 5’
Swimming pool plaster: Quartz Finish ( 5 years warranty to original owner)
Bull nose Brick Coping around pool perimeter.
Pool circulation system: 1 Skimmer, Dual Main drains, 3 pool returns.
Site Access: Full truck access (10’ unobstructed).
Excavation Dirt: Remove from site.
Access and Exit: Entry steps at shallow end, Swim out at deep end.
Pool shell minimum 4000 psi, 6” thick wall, with Steel rebar #3 , 12” o.c.
Structural Engineering Documentation provided with permit application.
Child Safety Specifications:
40’ of Child Safety Fence 48” high.
Paver Decking and Footers Specifications:
Pool Deck size: 500 Sq/ft
Site grading and proper dirt compaction.
Termite treatment around proposed pool deck area.
Deck type: Full size Sand Set Pavers (white cement base.)
Footer length: 70 ln/ft
Footer size: Engineered 12”x12” footer with 2#5 rebar.
40’ of 2” wide deck drain system, flush in deck.
Final Grading and clean up of access area

Construction timeline:
Permit review and approval from the building department is a approximately 4 weeks from permit application date.
Scope of work should be completed 6 to 10 weeks from permit issuance, based on weather condition and current projects.
We will provide a detailed production schedule prior the beginning of construction if requested.
This package includes the following:
All permitting fees and inspections fees.
All supporting engineering documents based on this pool construction specifications.
All labor and construction materials.
All applicable sales tax
This Package does not include:
Homeowners association plan submittal review and approval.
Electrical panel upgrade installation due to insufficient available amperage.
Replacement and/or installation of sod.
Capping and/or Repair of sprinkler system.
Replacement of shrubs and plants in access and Work area.
Any tree removal and Stump grinding unless otherwise indicated.
Any work relating to gas line, and gas tank hook up.
Homeowner to provide:
Electrical power during construction
Boundary and/or Topographical survey (if required by Building dpt.)
Lot drainage Plan (if required by Building dpt.)
Water Source.
Access to the work site during normal business hours.
